Context

UTH supports hotels with their everyday IT challenges: maintenance, Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, video surveillance, consulting and technical assistance. In the hospitality sector, these subjects are not simply about equipment or convenience. They directly affect service quality, operational continuity, guest experience and the ability of hotel teams to work efficiently.

Before the redesign, the offer needed to be made clearer and easier to understand for different audiences: hotel managers, operations directors, non-technical decision-makers and IT contacts. The goal was to transform a dense technical expertise into a more readable, structured and business-oriented digital presentation, focused on the real needs of hotel establishments.

The challenge

The main challenge was to make a complete IT offer easy to understand without oversimplifying it. UTH works across several areas that are often critical for hotels: guest Wi-Fi, internal network reliability, infrastructure security, workstation maintenance, video surveillance, technical support and consulting around the evolution of the hotel information system.

The redesign therefore had to avoid two pitfalls: a message that was too technical for business decision-makers, and a presentation that was too generic to reflect UTH’s specialization in the hospitality sector. The page needed to explain the expertise clearly, build trust around field experience and guide visitors toward the services most relevant to their needs.

  • Clarify UTH’s positioning as an IT partner dedicated to hotels
  • Structure a dense technical offer into clear user journeys
  • Make services understandable for non-technical decision-makers
  • Highlight reliability, availability and knowledge of hotel operations

The solution

The solution was based on a full restructuring of the website’s editorial presentation. The objective was to create a more direct reading experience: who UTH is, what needs the company addresses, why its expertise is specific to the hospitality sector, and how its services support hotels in their daily operations.

The work focused on content hierarchy, message clarification, stronger presentation of the main service areas and optimization of the reading paths. Each service was reframed around business value: service continuity, security, guest comfort, operational efficiency, responsiveness and long-term support.

  • A clearer editorial architecture focused on user needs
  • Service areas grouped by operational challenges
  • A more precise, readable and reassuring B2B message
  • Hospitality specialization positioned as a key differentiator
  • Responsive front-end integration using HTML, SCSS, TypeScript, PHP and MySQL
  • SEO-oriented content structure to strengthen the website’s thematic clarity

The result

The new website makes UTH’s role for hotels much easier to understand. The offer is clearer, the services are better organized and the positioning becomes more explicit: UTH is not a generic IT provider, but a technical partner specialized in hotel environments, with their specific constraints around availability, security and service quality.

The redesign strengthens the website’s commercial role. It presents the company in a more professional way, explains its services without unnecessary complexity, reassures decision-makers and makes it easier to initiate contact for IT needs linked to hotel operations. Above all, the project demonstrates the value of structure, wording and visual hierarchy when turning a technical offer into a clear, credible and convincing digital experience.

  • A clearer IT offer for hotel decision-makers
  • Stronger visibility for the company’s hospitality specialization
  • Services that are easier to identify and understand
  • A more commercial message without losing technical precision
  • A clearer, more professional and more conversion-oriented digital showcase
