Edikka may collect the information you provide when you get in touch: first name, last name, company or brand, job title, email address, phone number, sector, nature of the need, estimated budget, desired timeline, message and any additional information you choose to include.

Fields marked with an asterisk in the contact form are required. Without a first name, last name, email address or message, Edikka may not be able to process your request properly or reply to it.

Strictly necessary technical data

When you browse the website, certain technical data may be recorded in server logs: IP address, date and time of connection, URL viewed, browser, operating system and information needed for security or technical diagnostics.

This technical data is not used to build a marketing profile, measure audience for commercial purposes or track users across several websites.

• Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the period required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Accounting documents, quotes, invoices and contractual records: for the applicable statutory retention periods.
• Technical logs and security data: for a limited period proportionate to maintenance, security and evidence needs in the event of an incident.

Recipients

Data is intended for Edikka. It may be transmitted only to technical providers strictly necessary for hosting, security, email management or the follow-up of a contractual relationship.

Edikka does not transmit your data to advertising networks, retargeting platforms or data brokers.

6. Cookies, trackers and transfers

Cookies and trackers

As of the update date of this policy, the Edikka website does not place advertising cookies, audience measurement cookies, marketing personalisation cookies or third-party trackers.

The website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, heatmap tools, session recording tools or equivalent behavioural tracking solutions.

No consent banner is therefore displayed for these purposes because no tracker requiring consent is used. If Edikka later added such a tool, this policy would be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism would be implemented before any relevant tracker was placed.

Transfers outside the European Union

Edikka does not voluntarily transfer personal data outside the European Union for advertising tracking or audience measurement, since those tools are not used.

If an essential technical provider involved a transfer outside the European Union, Edikka would ensure that it is covered by the safeguards required under the applicable regulations.
