Context

CKS Consulting is an independent consulting firm specialized in procurement, supply chain, procurement information systems and operational performance improvement. The firm supports large companies, public organizations and international structures on high-stakes topics: procurement department audits, purchasing strategies, performance plans, project management assistance, procurement IS integration and the design of business applications.

The existing website already contains a rich editorial base, a multilingual presence and an important history. The goal of the project is therefore not to start from scratch, but to progressively improve the structure, readability and performance of the digital ecosystem. In a field as specialized as procurement consulting, the website must make it easy to understand the firm’s expertise, fields of intervention, credibility and the value delivered through its missions.

The challenge

The main challenge is to improve an established website with a large amount of content, several languages, business pages, news articles, case studies and institutional information. This editorial depth is a strong asset, but it must be structured precisely in order to become fully effective for both SEO and user experience.

The project therefore requires a progressive approach: analyze the existing structure, identify strategic pages, clarify labels, strengthen internal linking, improve content hierarchy and make the firm’s expertise more visible. The objective is to bring out CKS Consulting’s positioning more clearly: an independent, specialized and high-value consulting firm able to support complex, strategic and operational procurement challenges.

  • Improve the SEO visibility of a website already rich in content
  • Clarify procurement, supply chain and procurement IS expertise
  • Structure strategic pages to strengthen organic performance
  • Improve journey clarity between services, news, case studies and institutional pages
  • Preserve the existing foundation while progressively modernizing the website structure
  • Showcase the firm’s credibility for a demanding B2B audience

The solution

Edikka is working on the development and progressive improvement of the website, with particular attention to SEO structure, content readability and front-end integration quality. The work aims to better organize pages, strengthen important content areas, improve interface components and make user journeys more coherent for both visitors and search engines.

The approach is to treat the website as a B2B editorial ecosystem: each page must have a clear role, an identifiable intent, a coherent heading hierarchy and content capable of answering searches related to procurement consulting, supply chain, procurement information systems and procurement function transformation. Development supports this strategy by progressively improving the HTML structure, responsive presentation, navigation modules and content blocks.

  • Development and progressive improvement of the existing website
  • Optimization of HTML structure and front-end components
  • Strengthening of the editorial hierarchy on strategic pages
  • Content improvements to support SEO performance
  • Clarification of journeys between expertise pages, client cases, news and group pages
  • Responsive readability improvements across desktop, tablet and mobile
  • Enhanced presentation of expertise areas: procurement, supply chain, procurement IS, AI and data
  • Preparation of a clearer foundation for future website evolutions

The expected result

The project should enable CKS Consulting to rely on a clearer, better structured and more SEO-efficient website. The goal is to better reveal the depth of the firm’s expertise, make its services easier to understand and strengthen the visibility of strategic content for decision-makers, procurement departments, supply chain managers and public or private organizations.

The expected result is a more coherent platform, able to better connect expertise areas, references, news and institutional pages. The approach should improve website readability, strengthen its SEO potential and make CKS Consulting’s positioning more visible as an independent consulting firm specialized in procurement, procurement information systems and operational performance.

  • Clearer readability of the firm’s areas of expertise
  • A stronger SEO structure for strategic pages
  • Better organized content that is easier to browse
  • A more coherent user experience across the whole website
  • Stronger presentation of references, case studies and news content
  • A more solid technical and editorial foundation for future evolutions
